Sedona Guides

When you come to Sedona for a Soul Adventure, you will have your own Sedona Guide. Your Sedona Guide will be your “touchstone” during the retreat, and will contact you before you come, making sure that all your questions are answered. You will have someone waiting for you on this end of the journey.

Then on your first day, you’ll meet your Sedona Guide at our office (with stunning red rock views) and receive an orientation of your retreat complete with your itinerary and an extensive packet of information about Sedona, so that you will get acclimated as quickly as possible.

To further your orientation your Sedona Guide will even take a drive through Sedona with you, pointing out landmarks, points of interest and more importantly where to find great meals!

After a brief driving tour of Sedona (we’re so tiny, only 12,000 people!),  your Sedona Guide will take you out on the land and lead you through a guided meditation to connect with the energies and to set an intention for the soul adventure. You and your Sedona Guide will do a brief meditation to connect with the energies and to set your intention for your Soul Adventure. Then, each day, we encourage you to connect with your Sedona Guide and talk about your day. We want to make sure you know at all times that we are here for you. We want you to feel that there is support for you at all times and that you have a “touchstone” any time you need one.
